Mother and Two Kids Injured in Sandy Pedestrian Accident on East Sego Lily Drive
Sandy, Utah (October 9, 2019) – A mother and her two kids were hit by a car Tuesday morning in Sandy, according to the police.
The accident happened around 9:15 a.m. October 8, in the 1853 block of East Sego Lily Drive.
Police said the mother was pushing the toddlers across a crosswalk in a stroller when they were hit by a Subaru.
The mother and the older child was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
The younger child was airlifted to Primary Children’s in critical condition. As of Tuesday afternoon, the child’s condition was upgraded to stable.
According to the police, the Subaru driver said they didn’t see the mother and her children.
The police are investigating the crash.
