Samuel Cortright and Kenneth Cram ID’d as Two Killed in Morgan County Plane Crash near Henefer on Interstate 84
Morgan County, Utah (September 6, 2019) – The two men who were killed in a plane crash in Morgan County have been identified as Samuel Cortright, 34, and Kenneth Cram, 60, both employees of a pipeline company, according to the authorities.
The crash happened 3 or 4 miles west of Henefer, a town along Interstate 84 about 5 miles north of where it meets Interstate 80.
According to the deputies, the Cessna 210 occupied by Cortright and Cram flew out of Evanston, Wyo., shortly before 3:00 p.m. The employees were checking pipelines in the area, and when they didn’t return to Evanston as scheduled, a search for the missing plane began.
The wreckage of the plane with the bodies of Cortright and Cram was located by a property owner on Thursday morning.
The FAA and the NTSB are investigating the crash.
