Injuries Reported in Two-Vehicle Accident on South 1000 East and East 100 South in St. George
At Least 1 Injured in St. George Car Crash at South 1000 East and East 100 South
St. George, California (August 25, 2019) – Injuries were reported in an incident where two vehicles collided at an intersection near Dixie State University in St. George on Saturday afternoon.
According to the authorities, the crash occurred just after noon on Saturday, August 24, at South 1000 East and East 100 South.
Authorities said a white Chevrolet Cruze traveling northbound on 1000 East was hit by a red Chevrolet Corvette that was eastbound on 100 South. The driver of the Cruze allegedly failed to stop for the red light, leading to the accident.
The occupants of the Cruze sustained minor injuries in the crash.
Both vehicles were left with significant damage and were towed from the scene by St. George Police officers.
The crash is under investigation.
