Causes of Car Accidents
Although we tend to call them “accidents,” most car crashes are the direct result of a driver’s careless or negligent actions, according to William Enoch Andrews, an experienced serious injury attorney. Major causes of accidents on our highways are drunk driving, distracted driving, speeding, reckless driving, and drowsy driving,” Mr. Andrews added.
No matter what the cause of your accident was, you shouldn’t try to go it alone against the insurance companies. Utah is a no-fault state and operates under a modified comparative negligence rule, so establishing fault and being awarded maximum compensation is not easy to accomplish on your own.
Injury attorney William Enoch Andrews knows how to get you what you deserve and will fight for you every step of the way. He will be here to help you through the hard times.
