Couple Injured in 2-Vehicle Crash on SR-9 and South 2600 West in Hurricane
Two Injured in Hurricane Two-Vehicle Crash at State Route 9 and South 2600 West
Hurricane, Utah (October 7, 2019) – A couple was injured Saturday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Hurricane, according to a local news release.
The collision occurred just after 10:00 a.m. October 5, at the intersection of state Route 9 and South 2600 West.
Police said a red Ford Pickup truck, occupied by a couple, collided for unknown reasons with a Dodge Caravan at the intersection.
Firefighters had to extricate the couple who was trapped in the Ford.
The couple was taken to Dixie Regional Medical Center for evaluation. The Caravan driver was uninjured in the crash.
Both vehicles were towed away from the scene.
An investigation is underway.
