5-Year-Old Critically Injured in Kearns Pedestrian Accident near Longmore Drive

Kearns, Utah (February 14, 2020) – A 5-year-old was critically injured in a pedestrian accident on Thursday night in Kearns, according to the police.

The accident happened at about 7:00 p.m., February 13, near 5023 W. Longmore Drive.

Police said a driver came around a corner, struck the child and fled the scene.

The child was taken to the hospital in extremely critical condition.

The suspect vehicle was described as a light-colored older model pickup truck with a mismatched color driver-side door.

The crash remains under investigation.
